To provide our AI outfit generation service, Style Pic requires access to your device's camera and gallery. We collect and process:

• Photos/Media: When you upload an image of an outfit or yourself, our AI processes these images to generate new styles. These images are transmitted securely to our processing servers.
• Camera Access: We access your camera only when you explicitly choose to take a photo within the App.
• Gallery Access: We access your photo library only when you select an image to upload.

Note: We do not use your photos for any purpose other than providing the service you requested.

1.3 Usage and Token Data

We collect information about your wallet balance, transactions, and "creations" history to manage your credits and provide access to your generated results.

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service.
• To process your AI image generation requests.
• To manage your credits/points and transaction history.
• To notify you about changes to our Service.
• To provide customer support.
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues.

Your data is stored on secure servers. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Images uploaded for processing are held temporarily and are not used for training our models or shared with third parties for their own use.

• Service Providers: Third-party companies (e.g., Google Gemini AI for processing, hosting providers) to facilitate our Service.

How to delete your data: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the App by going to Profile > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can contact us at stylepic12@gmail.com to request manual deletion.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
